Our firm's success in this competitive marketplace is due to the wide range of experience of our professional and technical staff and to the efficient use of modern surveying tools and techniques.
Topographic Surveys of varying levels of complexity are accomplished using the most cost-effective method concomitant with accuracy and detail requirements. Our ongoing relationship with local architects and developers, providing Topographic and Boundary Surveys in both rural and urban areas for design purposes, is an indication of our success in performing these quite detailed surveys.
Our cadastral work also includes a broad spectrum of projects including urban, suburban and U.S. Public Land boundary determination and monumentation. We have filed Record Maps in all Bay Area counties and are familiar with the differing requirements of these counties.
We routinely perform Construction, Route and As-Built Surveys ranging in complexity from simple line and grade to the provision of surveying services for high-rise buildings and complete subdivisions. We also provide Pre-Construction Monitoring Surveys to first order accuracy accompanied by photographic documentation.
A large portion of our business is from repeat clients. We are proud of this and feel that it is due to the quality of our services and the team effort of our key staff members who have been working together for over two decades.
We have five fully equipped field crews and an office support staff of eight. Our field crews utilize Leica TCRA-1201 electronic total stations equipped with a variety of electronic data collection and field coordinate geometry software including Leica Geosystems and Carlson SurvCE. The office staff supports the field crews utilizing, Sierra Cybernetics and Carlson Survey Desktop in conjunction with AutoDesk Land Development Desktop and AutoDesk Civil 3D. Our drafting department is experienced in providing timely mapping compiled either by hand or utilizing the latest release of AutoCAD software.
